KiTS Keep In Touch Systems, a division of WAM Interactive Information Inc.(KiTS), collects personal information that you provide, in order to subscribe to and utilize the KiTS and Loop CRM Marketing and Publishing Services (KiTS). Information gathered and provided by you comes from written forms, phone, and electronic entry or editing at the KitsPak.com/kits.realtyoffice.info and associated servicing websites. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, postal code, employer, email address, phone number, and credit card information.
KiTS also collects personally identifiable information that you supply about your clients. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last names, address, postal code, email address, phone number, and other information supplied by Member Subscribers for use within KiTS for fulfillment of print and/or email mailing campaigns on behalf of Member/Subscribers to their Contacts.
When you visit KitsPak.com and its associated site(s), KiTS may collect some basic and anonymous information about your computer, including, but not limited to: IP address, operating system and/or browser software. KiTS may use information collected about your computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregated website traffic reports. The KiTS websites use cookies and some of the system's features may be dependent on their use. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user or for session timing purposes. Usage of a cookie is not linked to personally identifiable information while on KiTSPak.com. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use the KiTS site, but some features may not function correctly or as efficiently. KiTS does use certain services for Data Analysis, including Google Stats, and is bound by their Data & Privacy Policies, which KiTS believes to be "according to acceptable industry Standards & Practices.
KiTS does not sell your personal information. KiTS may aggregate information, to share marketing information that is not personally identifiable with partners advertisers or for use in marketing services. This is not linked to any personal information that could identify any individual person. KiTS will, if required by a legally empowered governmental authority, release information to such authority upon proper demand.
KiTS works with select and specific external suppliers for delivery, payment processing and/or print functions. KiTS may share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are selected by KiTS based on performance and reputation including the strength of their resolve to protect personal and confidential information. These firms are obliged to not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
A KiTS Member may update certain of their personal information at any time by accessing their online account and going to the section called "My Profile." Such update may or may not be effective at the next regular cycle for process of print, payment and or distribution. You may update your credit card information by contacting KiTS at 905 731-7455. You should also notify KiTS by a voice-to-voice phone call to confirm any change of Personal or Business Information located within your Profile Tab.
You may delete customer contact information by accessing the page with that information and clicking the "delete" button. KiTS uses commercially acceptable standards and practices to remove such information from the database.
All KiTS personnel are trained in KiTS' consumer privacy and security policies. As a condition of employment with Kits all personnel must acknowledge and uphold KiTS' consumer privacy and security policies by signing a Non Disclosure pledge. This pledge requires KiTS personnel to comply with consumer privacy and security policies, including not disclosing an individual's personally identifiable information to unauthorized third parties.

KiTS reserves the right to modify or amend the Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason. Upon revisions, said changes shall be posted to the Privacy Statement at KitsPak.com and the word "revised" will appear for at least 30 days beside the words, "Privacy Statement" giving notice that a change has occurred.
